1 - Click on our E-mail addresses, either one: info@rugonsale.com or sale@rugonsale.com, located at the bottom of rug picture you are looking for. A "New Message" window will open, showing our E-mail address in text box TO:.
2 - On the Subject: box, type your inquiry and on the text box type Name and Code number of rug or rugs if you select more then one rug.
3 - On the main text box type your inquiry plus Name and Code number of rugs. You may Copy and past the name and code number of rugs to avoid any mistake. You may also type any question or commend and then; Click on Send button, located on the top left corner of New Message window.
Congratulation: you've done successfully and we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you decide to purchase one or more of our beautiful well designed, natural dyed hand made all wool rugs, then we accept credit card, cashier check, money order and of course your personnel check. We usually ship the orders, using UPS or FedEx ground service upon clearance.
